The project file contains two emitter setups, one for just bubbles, and a separate emitter for text shaped bubbles. You can use them combined or turn each one off for individual use.

The file does use Redshift3D for the lights, environment, and material shader, but is not required. You can replicate similar material looks in other renderers.
